- Where a teacher is marked with a Working With Children Check flag this means that we have been informed that the teacher has passed the check. The requirements for passing a Working With Children Check vary state to state and country to country. They are not even available in some countries and states. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that the teachers you book have a Working With Children Check completed if your child is under 18 and if the state you live in requires one. If the teacher has indicated that they have completed a Working With Children Check please ask them to bring it with them to your first booking so you can verify it.
- ActiveUnlimited is not liable for any injury or incident that occurs as a result of finding a teacher with ActiveUnlimited. It is your responsibility to ensure that any applicable insurance is current.
- ActiveUnlimited is a matching platform only. Bookings you make with selected teachers are not made through ActiveUnlimited.
