Ive been playing at elite rugby league level for 6 years now and i have been a personal trainer for the past year, and clients always want to come back to my sessions not only because of their great results, but also the enjoyable and relaxed attititude i bring to my sessions. I have trained elite soccer and rugby players, and i enjoy weight loss clients most of all. Diet plans and health advice is not a problem as i have an affiliation with a local naturopath who will give you exact guidelines and tips to give you the best results from your exercise regime.
