Your practice is time to take the energy you would normally expend on the world and turn it inward to nurture your body, mind and spirit.
My yoga sessions focus on pure movement to establish strength and stability in the pelvis and shoulder girdle. When the body feels supported through stability, the muscles will soften and relax. Mobility through the joints will increase when we work within a pure range of motion, pain free.
I also include pranayama (breathing practices to relax and balance).
Session can include thai yoga massage to help open the energy lines within the body and to experience a gently, passive release and stretch.
