We're dedicated to providing high quality teachers. If, for any reason you are unhappy with a booking you can request a refund and we'll happily refund the credits you used for that booking back into your account.
If no other teacher is available to take over then, as per our terms, we have 21 days to find you an alternative teacher. If after 21 days you still can't find anybody appropriate on the site we'll issue a bank transfer to refund the amount outstanding converted to your local currency and close your account with us.
This guarantee applies only to bookings made through the website. If you pay for your booking with cash, bypassing our online booking system then the guarantee does not apply.
