Workouts vary based on your goals, strengths, likes and dislikes. A good set of workouts should encompass strength training, endurance and aerobic fitness whilst keeping you motivated, happy and enthusiastic about training.
Everybody prefers certain types of exercise to others. If you really don't like doing a certain type of exercise - running for example, make sure it's involvement in your workouts is minimised. Nothing kills of enthusiasm for workouts than being forced to do something you hate!
Speak to a private personal trainer and ask them to help devise workouts that match your specific goals and the exercises/ sports that you like doing. You may also need to consult a dietitian to ensure you are getting the right levels of nutrition to both support muscle development and maximize weight-loss goals.
