Putting together a good workout training program isn't as easy as you may think!
A good all-round workout training program should include aerobic, anaerobic and strength building exercises. It should also be fun and something you actively look forward to. If you're dreading your workout training sessions then you need to change them before you lose your motivation and give them up entirely - staying fit is critically important!
My own workout training program varies to keep things interesting. I love cycling and swimming but hate running - so I cycle down to the beach and go for a swim and when I get out I do some sit-ups, press-ups and beach sprints (soft sand) intervals before cycling home. I mix this up with some kick-boxing, weight training and mountain-biking during the week.
Speak to your private personal trainer - tell them your fitness goals and ask them to work with you on a workout training program tailored for what you like doing and what can realistically fit into your working week.
